Deposits:
- Are payable at the discretion of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- Your vehicle will only be considered booked once NuDesignz Wrap Specialists has received the requested deposit in full from you, the customer.
- If a deposit has been received in full, you can be assured that your vehicle has been scheduled for its vinyl wrap (or other services), and no changes to these booking dates will be made by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists unless unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control arise, such as illness or loss of business premises.
- If a deposit drop-off or transfer arrangement has been made with NuDesignz Wrap Specialists and you, the customer, fail to complete this, your vehicle will not be booked, and NuDesignz Wrap Specialists may schedule other vehicles for those selected dates without penalty.
- If a deposit has been taken, and you, the customer, wish to change the booked dates, this will be at the discretion of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, and the new dates will be determined based on our business needs, with no penalty to NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- If deposits have been taken, and you, the customer, fail to bring in the vehicle for the outlined works on the agreed-upon dates in your quotation, NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will not issue a refund for the deposit. The vehicle may be rescheduled for a later date with a penalty charge to you, the customer.
- If a vehicle is booked for works on two separate occasions and fails to appear at the designated appointment time, NuDesignz Wrap Specialists reserves the right to refuse to begin, continue, or complete the work without penalty, including repair works.
- If a deposit has been taken, and NuDesignz Wrap Specialists proceeds to purchase the required vinyl for your wrap or paint protection film (PPF), but it becomes evident that the vinyl will not be available for the selected booking date(s), NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will contact you at the earliest convenience. Deposits for this situation will be refundable. if you, the customer, decide not to proceed with your vehicle wrap or other services. If you choose to proceed, NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will either offer an alternative color/type of vinyl wrap/PPF or adjust the dates of your vehicle wrap to allow for the availability of the specific vinyl wrap/PPF. These rescheduled dates must align with the business needs of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- Any payment taken as a design fee is not considered a deposit and is a non-refundable cost. We work with you, the customer, at times that are convenient for our designer to finalize the design. Once the design has been approved, any subsequent changes will incur additional costs and will be at the discretion of our designer.
Booking your vehicle:
- It should be assumed that your vehicle has not been booked in until NuDesignz Wrap Specialists has received the requested deposit in full from you, the customer. This may be waived by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists in certain circumstances, but this is at the discretion of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- If a deposit has been received in full, then you can be assured that your vehicle has been booked in for its vinyl wrap (or other works) and no alterations to these booking dates will be made by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists at any time, unless due to unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or loss of business premises.
- If a deposit has been arranged to be dropped off or transferred to NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, and you, the customer(s), fail to complete this, then your vehicle will not be booked in, and NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will have the right to book other vehicles on those selected dates, with no penalty to NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- If a deposit has been taken and your vehicle has been booked in for selected dates, and you, the customer, wish to change these dates, it will be at the discretion of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists. The dates will be moved to a time that suits our business needs, with no penalty to NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- If deposits have been taken and a vehicle is not brought in for the outlined works in your quotation on the agreed-upon date(s), then NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will not issue a refund for the deposit. The vehicle may be booked in at a later date, with a penalty charge to you, the customer.
Insurance:
- While NuDesignz Wrap Specialists takes every precaution to ensure the safety of customers' vehicles, once the vehicle has been delivered to our premises or entrusted to our care, we assume no responsibility for the loss of contents within the vehicle(s).
- It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is adequately covered by their own insurance policy, and any items left in the vehicle are done so at the customers' own risk.
- NuDesignz Wrap Specialists does not accept any liability for loss or damage to vehicles that are not covered by an insurance policy.
- In the event that NuDesignz Wrap Specialists is informed that a vehicle is not covered by its own insurance, we reserve the right to refuse to commence or complete any works, without incurring any penalty.
Payment Agreement:
Deposits are payable at the discretion of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, but generally the following terms apply:
- NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will take a deposit from you, the customer, when: Specific vinyl is ordered for the vehicle wrap. Specific tools are ordered to complete the works detailed in your quotation.
- A deposit will secure the booking of your vehicle wrap within the specified dates outlined in your quotation/agreement between yourself and NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- We cannot guarantee a booking without a deposit.
- Deposits are payable no later than 5 business days prior to commencement of works, although we do advise that the sooner a deposit is paid, the sooner we are able to source and purchase vinyl which will be used for your vehicle wrap.
- Late deposits paid will be subject to a penalty charge by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- Payment in full is required on or prior to vehicle collection.
- Late deposits paid will be subject to a penalty charge by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists received by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- Payment is discussed with a partner of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists and agreed upon prior to works commencement.
- This is not a final figure for payment if extra costs are incurred (e.g. bodywork repairs etc).
- If any extra costs are incurred once the vehicle has been left in the possession of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, then this will be discussed with you, the customer, before any work is carried out/continued.
- Method of Payment is to be discussed with a partner of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists and agreed upon prior to commencement of works. Payment refers to the final outstanding balance on the invoice retained by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists .
- We reserve the right to withhold vehicles if payment is not received/processed until the time that full payment is received.
- NuDesignz Wrap Specialists does not offer credit agreements of any kind with customers having vehicles wrapped for personal or business use.
- If you, the customer, request changes to the dates after the deposit has been taken, we cannot guarantee availability for your requested dates.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable prior to the commencement of work, with the following exceptions:
- If specific vinyl for the work has been ordered.
- If specific tools required for the work have been ordered.
- If you, the customer, decide not to proceed with the contracted works for any reason.
- In the unlikely event that NuDesignz Wrap Specialists determines that satisfactory completion of the project(s) cannot be achieved after the work has commenced, a full refund will be offered to the customer without penalty, unless it was previously communicated during the consultation stage, wrapping stage, or thereafter, that complications with the work were anticipated and you agreed to proceed.
- If a customer finds the work unsatisfactory, NuDesignz Wrap Specialists will only consider a refund after conducting a thorough inspection of the vehicle, performed by a partner of NuDesignz Wrap Specialists.
- If a refund is granted by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, it will be calculated based on the relevant completed work.
- If a wrap has been removed and replaced, the refund will exclude the cost of wrap removal, as that work has already been completed.
- If any bodywork repairs, such as sanding, have been carried out by NuDesignz Wrap Specialists, the cost of those repairs will not be included in the refund, as the bodywork repair has been performed.
- Our refund policy does not cover wrap removals, unless there is a direct problem with the vinyl, which will be determined by a third-party professional.
- If a refund is awarded to the customer, it will be returned in the original form of payment.
- Vinyls ordered on behalf of customers through NuDesignz Wrap Specialists are not eligible for a refund.
Your satisfaction is essential to us. Should you encounter a problem of any kind with your vehicle wrap/PPF, please contact us directly, as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. If the issue is with the wrap/PPF itself then we advise that you document the issue(s) that you may be having supported with photographic evidence. Please include this with any issues you are bringing to our attention.
